INFO FOR TRAVELERS:

Cold Shot continues to serve Alberta and is doing its part in being a part of the supply chain of essential services. Every day, Cold Shot buses carry parcels to all corners of Alberta.

We have limited our passenger seats to enable social distancing and our priority is to serve travelers, who are part of essential services. We request travelers to avoid all non-essential travel.

If you must travel, take precautions against respiratory illnesses, and seek medical attention if you become sick.

If you have concerns about traveling and wish to postpone your travel plans, we are offering an Open Ticket, which is valid till December 31, 2020, at no extra fee.

 PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES TAKEN:

• To enable social distancing, we are blocking every alternate seat.
• We are sanitizing every bus before and after every trip, which includes cleaning all touch points with disinfectant.
• We are cleaning our premises regularly, wiping down and disinfecting surfaces. 
• We have made available Hand sanitizers at every stop and are actively promoting their use to every traveler.

TERMS FOR AN OPEN TICKET:

• If you wish to postpone your trip to a later date and get an Open Ticket, contact us at 587-557-7719 or support@coldshot.ca and our support team will be ready to assist you. Such request can be made till December 30, 2020.
• Ticket purchase date must be post March 1,2020.
• Ticket travel date must be between March 1, 2020 - May 31, 2020.
• New travel date should not be later than December 31, 2020.
• The request for an Open Ticket will be offered only once to a traveler.
• The request for an Open Ticket should be made at least 1 day prior to the scheduled departure date.
• The value of the Open Ticket should not be more than the existing ticket.
